The challenge

Saving a document as PDF, finding it again, attaching it to an email and typing the address takes time, especially with old programs that can only print. Errors happen when the wrong address is chosen.

How Sealed Print solves it

Create an email destination with up to five fixed recipients, for example the receipt inbox of your accounting software or your tax advisor. Every document printed to it is converted to PDF and sent as an attachment, with a subject and message of your choice. The queue shows when the recipient's mail server has accepted it. Email destinations are included in the Team and Business plans.

    Create a destination of type email address with the recipients, subject and an optional message.

    Add its printer URL as a printer on Windows, macOS or Linux, or send documents to it by upload or API.

    Print: the document arrives as PDF, and the queue shows the delivery status.
