Delivery and acceptance

Confirmed by the customer, filed automatically

After a delivery, a repair or an installation, the customer confirms with a signature. Instead of paper forms that get lost or scanned crookedly, the report goes to the customer by email and comes back sealed.

The challenge

Paper delivery notes and service reports have to be signed, carried back to the office, scanned and filed. Missing or illegible signatures are noticed weeks later.

How Sealed Print solves it

Your ERP or field service software prints the report to Sealed Print, by printer URL, email or API, or the technician uploads it on a tablet. In the queue, add the customer as signer and send: the customer signs on their own phone through the link in the email. The sealed PDF goes to the customer, the sender and everyone on copy, and the job continues to its destination, for example the office printer or accounting.

Setup

  1. 1

Print or send the report to the printer Hold in Sealed Print, or upload it in the web app.

  2. 2

Add the customer as signer, place the signature field and send.

  3. 3

The customer signs on their phone; the sealed PDF goes to everyone and on to its destination.
