Every order on paper, right in the warehouse

In many shops, the warehouse works with paper: picking lists, delivery notes and shipping labels. Sealed Print brings documents from the shop system and the shipping service straight to the warehouse printers.

The challenge

Shop systems and shipping services run in the cloud, the printers stand in the warehouse network. Printing usually means a computer that downloads every document and prints it by hand.

How Sealed Print solves it

Send order notifications to a Sealed Print email address, or let your shop or middleware submit documents through the REST API with a fixed destination. In the warehouse, the relay client hands the jobs to the office printer and the label printer; the firewall stays closed.

Setup

  1. 1

Install the relay client on a computer or NAS in the warehouse and share the printers.

  2. 2

Create an email address for order notifications or an API token for your shop integration.

  3. 3

Orders and labels are printed automatically, each on the right printer.

What you get

Email or API
Start with forwarded order emails and connect the REST API later, without changing printers.
The right printer per document
Picking lists go to the office printer, labels to the label printer, through separate destinations.
Fitted to every printer
Each destination knows its printer's paper sizes, duplex and color; options it cannot fulfil are adapted and shown in the queue.
Nothing gets lost
Failed jobs stay in the queue and can be printed again on another printer.
