Contracts for signature

Contracts signed without the paper chase

Contracts, quotes and agreements are written in Word or a business application and then have to be signed by customers or partners. With Sealed Print, printing is the first step: the document waits in your queue and goes out for signature from there.

The challenge

Printing, signing, scanning and emailing back takes days, and the signed copy ends up in somebody's inbox. A separate signature service means another subscription and another upload.

How Sealed Print solves it

Print the contract to the printer Hold in Sealed Print. In the queue, add the signers, place the fields and send. The signers sign by email link without an account; Sealed Print seals the PDF with timestamps and the signing certificate, and everyone receives the signed PDF by email. The Free plan has no monthly fee: with pay per use you pay only per signature.

Setup

  1. 1

Add the printer URL of Hold in Sealed Print on your computer and print the contract to it.

  2. 2

Open the job, select Request signatures, add the signers and place the signature fields.

  3. 3

Send. When everyone has signed, the sealed PDF arrives by email and the job continues, for example to the office printer.
